We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 working hours and aim to resolve it within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with the response of the Research Analyst, you can lodge your grievance with SEBI.
How to Lodge a Complaint
If you are an investor or client with a concern regarding our services, please follow the process below.
Step 1: Contact Our Compliance Desk
Reach out to our Compliance Officer with the full details of your concern, along with supporting documents (payment receipts, communications, KYC proofs). We will acknowledge within 48 working hours.
Step 2: Escalate to SEBI (If Unresolved)
If you are not satisfied with our response or your grievance is not resolved within the stated timeline, you may escalate through SEBI’s official redressal platform:

- You may also write to any SEBI regional office.
Step 3: Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
If the grievance is still not resolved to your satisfaction, you may initiate dispute resolution through the SEBI-recognised Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism as set out in SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-3/P/CIR/2023/195 “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”.
