Refund & Cancellation Policy – Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd.

At Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd. we maintain complete transparency and compliance with SEBI guidelines regarding refunds. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

Key Principles

• In case of premature termination of services, a refund for the remaining subscription period will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
• No “breakage fee” or penalty will be charged on early termination.
• Refunds are not applicable for partial-month subscriptions unless decided at the sole discretion of Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd. or as mandated by SEBI.
• If Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd.’s SEBI Registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, the company will refund any unutilised service fees from the effective date onward.
• No refund is applicable for completed services or after the full duration of the service subscription.
• Refund requests must be made in writing through email to info@jupiteradvisor.in, clearly mentioning the reason for termination.
• Processing time for eligible refunds is 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

Important Notes

• Refunds apply strictly as per SEBI’s Minimum Terms & Conditions (MITC) for Research Analysts.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source / account.
• This policy does not cover market-related losses or dissatisfaction with market performance of recommendations.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by writing to info@jupiteradvisor.in. Eligible pro-rata refunds (as above) will be processed to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration to be held in Mumbai, Maharashtra. These terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
