These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the research and advisory services provided by Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a SEBI Registered Research Analyst. By accessing or using our services (via website, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other medium), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

• We provide equity market research and recommendations based on technical and / or fundamental analysis.
• We do not offer portfolio management, trading tips, guaranteed return schemes, or investment in any collective investment vehicle.
• We do not handle client funds or execute trades on behalf of clients.

2. Client Eligibility

• Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or above.
• Clients must complete KYC and risk profiling as per SEBI guidelines before availing services.
• The client is solely responsible for understanding the suitability of recommendations based on their financial condition and risk appetite.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where refunds are expressly permitted under our Refund Policy.
• Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways only (e.g. UPI, Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking).

4. No Guaranteed Returns

• We do not guarantee or assure returns under any circumstances.
• Past performance of recommendations does not indicate future results.

5. Risk Disclosure

• Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.
• Clients are advised to use their own discretion or consult an independent financial advisor before acting on any recommendation.

6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

• Client data is stored and used as per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share personal information with any third party except as required by law or SEBI audit / compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

• All research reports, strategies, and content are the intellectual property of Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
• Copying, redistributing, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client is found violating any of these terms.
• There is misuse of proprietary content.
• Regulatory directives require such action.

9. Grievance Redressal

• Clients can raise complaints via email at info@jupiteradvisor.in.
• We follow SEBI’s guidelines for redressal timelines. If unresolved, complaints can be escalated through SEBI SCORES: https://scores.gov.in.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Modifications to Terms

Jupiter Research and Advisors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review the latest version regularly.
